Our approach involves conducting user testing sessions in order to obtain real-time feedback and insights from users while assessing the usability, functionality as well as overall experience of our product. By taking into account end-user input, we strive to enhance and iterate on prototype versions that address critical pain points affecting user satisfaction through improved usability optimization – ultimately aligning with their needs and expectations.
